Description
The AT-UHD-EX-100CE-RX is a compact 4K/UHD HDMI over HDBaseT receiver designed to receive video, audio, Ethernet, control, and remote power over a single category cable. It accepts Ultra HD sources and delivers HDMI output to a local display while operating from PoE supplied by the compatible transmitter. This receiver is built for commercial AV installations that require discreet mounting behind displays or at projectors.
Key features include support for 4K/UHD resolutions up to 3840×2160@60Hz and 4096×2160@60Hz under 4:2:0 constraints, HDCP 2.2 compliance, and multi-channel audio passthrough. The unit supports HDR10 at 24Hz in specified chroma/bit-depth modes and provides a 10.2 Gbps video bandwidth for high-quality signal transport. Front-panel LEDs indicate power and HDBaseT link status to simplify setup and troubleshooting.
Performance specifications include CAT6a/7 support for distances up to 100 meters at 4K and CAT5e/6 support up to 70 meters at 4K or up to 100 meters at 1080p. HDMI local connections are supported up to 5 meters for 4K and up to 10 meters for 1080p. The receiver supports PCM and major compressed/uncompressed audio formats including Dolby formats and DTS families with sample rates up to 192kHz and up to 24-bit audio.
Connectivity options include an HDMI output, HDBaseT input, front-panel USB for firmware updates, bidirectional IR for remote control, RS-232 for control system integration, and Ethernet pass-through where supported. The receiver is IEEE 802.3af PoE powered from a compatible Atlona transmitter and is HDCP 2.2 compliant to ensure protected content streams pass correctly. Note that Ethernet pass-through is not available when paired with UHD-PRO3 Series matrix switchers.
This receiver is suited to boardrooms, lecture halls, digital signage, and any AV installation requiring a clean single-cable connection between source and display. It enables simpler cable management by combining AV, control, and network signals into one run and supports integration with Atlona transmitters, switchers, and matrix switchers that include HDBaseT outputs. The compact quarter-rack enclosure allows concealed installation in tight spaces while maintaining full functionality.
Installation is straightforward thanks to rear-panel I/O and a low-profile metal enclosure that fits behind displays or near projectors without blocking ventilation. Field firmware updates are supported via the front USB port to maintain compatibility and extend system life. The product is backed by Atlona’s 10 year limited product warranty for long-term reliability and support.
