The DeckLink IP HD is a PCIe capture and playback card designed to integrate HD video into SMPTE ST2110 IP broadcast environments. It captures and plays back 10-bit uncompressed video at resolutions up to 1080p60 and provides two input and two output channels over a single 10G RJ45 connection. This product is intended for broadcast engineers and video professionals who require low-latency IP connectivity and broadcast-grade signal quality.
Key features include true 10-bit uncompressed video support, dual video channels over a single RJ45 10G link, and 16-channel embedded audio transmission. The DeckLink IP HD conforms to SMPTE ST-2110/ST-2100/ST-2082 specifications and maintains synchronization via PTP. Its on-board frame buffers convert and manage video and audio to 2110 IP streams while isolating the host system from the IP network.
Connectivity is provided via a single RJ45 10G Ethernet port that carries two video channels and embedded audio up to 16 channels. The card is compatible with macOS 12 and later, Windows 10 64-bit and Windows 11, and Linux distributions supported by Blackmagic drivers. It also integrates with common NLEs and broadcast tools including DaVinci Resolve, Avid, Adobe Premiere, and a wide range of ingest and streaming software.
