The CLS-AOCU32/FF-15 is an active USB-C hybrid AOC cable designed to deliver reliable high-speed connectivity between USB-C enabled hosts and devices. It combines optical and copper conductors to support video, high-speed data and power delivery over a single cable. The integrated K-Lock connector secures the connection for fixed installations and mobile setups.
This cable supports 4K@60 4:4:4 video over DisplayPort Alternate Mode and up to 10Gbps USB 3.2 Gen 2 data throughput alongside USB 2.0 signaling. It carries up to 100W of power delivery (20V, 5A) and supports Gigabit Ethernet over USB types that provide network passthrough. The reversible USB Type-C connectors reduce insertion errors and include an integrated locking mechanism for secure retention.
Technically, the active AOC design uses two lanes for video and two lanes for data to meet the bandwidth demands of high-resolution displays while keeping signal integrity across the 15ft length.
