Download Manual The EVF-1122D/94-WHT is a compact two-way point-source loudspeaker designed to deliver clear, high-SPL sound in a range of installed audio applications. It combines a 12″ low-frequency transducer and a 3″ titanium compression driver mounted on a constant-directivity horn to provide controlled coverage and intelligibility. The enclosure is weather-resistant and finished in white textured EVCoat for corrosion protection and aesthetic integration.
The system features a rotatable constant-directivity horn providing 90 x 40 nominal coverage and a 1,300 Hz acoustic crossover for smooth handoff between drivers. The integrated passive crossover uses 24 dB/octave slopes and includes HF protection as well as a dynamic protection circuit to guard both LF and HF sections against thermal overload. The cabinet includes an externally accessible jumper to select passive or bi-amp operation for installation flexibility.
Acoustic performance is engineered for linear response and high output: the frequency range to -10 dB is listed from 49 Hz to 21 and the typical response to -3 dB is 57 Hz to 18. Sensitivity is 97 dB 1 W/1 m and calculated maximum SPL is 131 dB. Power handling is specified as 600 W continuous, 1,200 W program, and 2,400 W peak for passive operation, with a passive crossover at 1,300 Hz.
Connectivity is provided via a Phoenix-style Euroblock input panel capable of accepting up to 10 AWG, with options for dual NL4-style or gland-nut weatherized covers on PI and FG versions. An optional 70.7/100 V transformer kit can be mounted on the input panel for distributed systems. The cabinet also includes 22 M10 suspension points and an included kit of four forged eyebolts for flown installations.
Typical applications include fixed installations in houses of worship, theaters, clubs, corporate AV, and outdoor-covered areas where IP44 environmental protection is required. The rotatable horn and ability to array vertically or horizontally with other EVF/EVH series models allow tailoring coverage to room geometry and audience distribution. The weather-resistant construction and EVCoat finish help maintain performance in challenging environmental conditions.
Installation is straightforward with multiple rigging points and an easy external operation mode selection switch to toggle between passive and bi-amp modes. The 13-ply birch enclosure, powdercoated galvanneal grille and hydrophobic cloth options provide durable protection and reliable long-term operation.
