Download Manual The EVOLVE 50 column speaker array and pole (EVOLVE50-TW) is the white column and pole component of a portable PA system – it must be ordered with the EVOLVE50-SW-US powered subwoofer to form a complete system. This modular column delivers controlled high-frequency patterning through eight neodymium drivers while the matching sub provides LF extension. The column and pole package is intended for transportable sound reinforcement applications where quick setup and clean coverage are required.
Key features include a gravity-held column array, magnet-assisted pole attachment, and composite waveguides that provide ultra-wide horizontal coverage and asymmetrical vertical coverage. The column houses eight 3.5 inch neodymium transducers arranged with composite waveguides for 120 degree horizontal and 40 degree down-facing vertical dispersion. The pole is bi-directional aluminum and the assembly includes a padded carrying bag for the pole and column.
When combined with the EVOLVE50-SW-US powered subwoofer the complete system is driven by a 1000 W Class-D amplifier and QuickSmartDSP processing. The full configuration delivers up to 127 dB SPL with functional LF output down to 37 Hz and a measured frequency response of 43 Hz to 20 kHz (-3 dB). Onboard DSP includes four factory presets, three-band EQ, output delay and limiter monitoring to ensure stable performance.
Connectivity on the full system supports two XLR/TRS combo inputs, a 3.5 mm stereo input, stereo RCA input and Bluetooth audio streaming where available. The QuickSmart Mobile application uses Bluetooth Low Energy for configuration, control and monitoring of up to six EVOLVE 50 systems simultaneously. XLR THRU and XLR MIX OUT provide routing options for FOH integration and system expansion.
This column and pole package is suited to small to medium venues such as corporate events, houses of worship and live performance spaces where seated and standing audience layouts coexist. The controlled dispersion pattern preserves speech intelligibility for presentations while providing even music coverage for background or performance use. Its portability and fast setup make it practical for rental and mobile production use.
Assembly and build quality emphasize field reliability and rapid deployment – the pole attachment uses magnetic alignment and the column is gravity-held for secure mounting without complex fasteners. The column is constructed with composite materials and the included pole is aluminum for strength and reduced weight. The grille is steel with a white powder coat to match the supplied finish and to resist wear during transport.
