Description
The NHD-600-TRXF is a SDVoE 10Gb fiber transceiver designed to deliver lossless, zero-latency 4K60 video distribution over SFP+ fiber links. It can operate as a simultaneous transmit and receive transceiver or be configured as a dedicated TX or RX unit. The device supports high color fidelity and advanced HDR formats for modern AV deployments.
The TRXF supports 4K UHD and DCI resolutions up to 60fps in RGB or YUV 4:4:4 and carries high-bitrate multichannel audio including Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. HDR formats supported include Dolby Vision, HDR10 and HLG and the unit adheres to ITU-R BT.2020 and BT.2100 color spaces. HDCP 2.2 and HDCP 1.x compatibility ensure interoperability with protected sources and displays.
On the network side the unit uses a 10Gb SDVoE stream delivered via an SFP+ GBIC and supports multimode fiber distances up to 300m (984ft) with lossless operation and no added latency. The transceiver includes a genlock scaler mode for zero end-to-end latency and supports fast seamless AV switching. Secure A/V transmission is provided using AES encryption methods.
Connectivity includes 3 high-speed USB 2.0 ports for keyboard/mouse extension, webcams, touchscreens and media storage and an auxiliary 1GbE channel for attached source device network access. A balanced analog audio port can be configured as an input or output for discrete audio or HDMI de-embedding. Bidirectional IP control to IR and RS-232 is available via API or third-party drivers.
The NHD-600-TRXF offers advanced image processing including a secondary video stream for alternate scaling, multiview PiP up to 16 windows, and video wall processing up to 8×8 with bezel and gap compensation. The unit supports arbitrary window placement, resizing, duplication and offset functions for multiview compositing. Powerful matrix functionality provides routing control of audio, video, RS-232 and IR signals across the system.
Built for commercial AV installations, the TRXF is rack compatible with the NHD-000-RACK4 and is backed by a 5 Year Warranty. Firmware and API support enable integration into control systems and third-party drivers. The combination of fiber reach, 10Gb SDVoE performance and professional I/O make this transceiver suitable for complex AV over IP deployments where image fidelity and latency are critical.
