Description
The ATEN VE814AT-ATA is an HDBaseT HDMI Transmitter designed to extend an HDMI source to one local output and two remote displays over a single Cat 5e/6/6a or ATEN 2L-2910 Cat6 cable. As part of ATEN’s HDMI Extenders line, the VE814AT-ATA supports HDMI features including 3D and Deep Color while remaining HDCP 2.2 compliant.
The VE814AT-ATA delivers up to 4K video at distances up to 100 m (Cat 6a/ATEN 2L-2910 Cat6) and supports Long Reach Mode for 1080p to 150 m over a single Cat 5e/6 cable. The unit passes RS-232 and dual IR control signals for remote device management; note that this ATA variant does not provide Ethernet pass-through.
Engineered for digital signage and multi-display deployments, the VE814AT-ATA is rack-mountable, plug-and-play, and includes built-in 8 kV/15 kV ESD protection. Its dual remote outputs plus a local HDMI output make it practical for bars, classrooms, and transit hubs requiring identical content at multiple locations.
