The VIA GO3 is a compact wireless presentation gateway designed to enable instant screen sharing and multimedia playback on a main display. It supports native mirroring protocols and high-resolution output to simplify meetings and classrooms. The device combines secure networking and cloud management to suit connected environments.
Key capabilities include clientless connectivity via AirPlay, Miracast and Chromebook mirroring, support for 4K output when using the VIA app Multimedia feature, and the ability to display up to four presenters simultaneously. An Auto Discover and Auto Join workflow simplifies connection using BLE discovery. Security features include 1024-bit encryption for safe operation on internal networks.
Under the hood, VIA GO3 uses an Intel N100 processor paired with 16GB DDR4 memory and a 128GB SSD to handle multimedia streams and local processing. The device runs Linux and provides HDMI 2.0 output for up to 4K resolution. Networking includes a Gigabit LAN port plus built-in dual-band WiFi 802.11ac and Bluetooth for flexible connectivity.
Connectivity options include one RJ-45 Ethernet, three USB 3.0 type-A ports, and an HDMI 2.0 output. It supports AirPlay for iOS, Miracast for Windows and Android, and Chromebook mirroring, while browser-based joining adds clientless convenience. Cloud management is available through VIA Site Management for remote configuration of multiple units.
VIA GO3 is sized for discreet installation behind displays or projectors, measuring 89.9mm x 89.9mm x 36mm and weighing approximately 0.2kg. Environmental ratings include an operating temperature range of 0 to 40 degrees C and storage range of -40 to 70 degrees C. The enclosure uses aluminium cooling and includes a fan and a Kensington lock provision for secure mounting.
